Hail to the Red White and Blue Smoothie


Serves:

2-3

Ingredients:

Vanilla plant-based protein powder, according to direction
1 cup whole strawberries (oh yeah, keep the greens to get your chlorophyll)
1 cup blueberries
About 2 cups flaxseed milk/nut milk of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender, adding purified water to reach desired consistency.
